About The Hope Center

The Hope Center is part of the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office and works closely with the Reentry Team at the Dedham House of Corrections to support individuals transitioning back into the community. We provide resources, guidance, and opportunities to help returning citizens rebuild their lives.
