The H.O.P.E. Center is a welcoming environment where anyone can find help and hope for their future. Working with our staff, each client will receive a personalized plan for success and the support to achieve their goals. From assistance in obtaining basic needs to peer support groups to education and employment assistance, the H.O.P.E. Center is here to guide you.
A program of the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office, the center's services are free and available to anyone who is looking for assistance and guidance regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, gender, age, economic status or background.
H.O.P.E. Center staff will work with our clients assisting them in obtaining and continuing Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)/ Medication for Opioid Use Disorder MOUD programs. Staff are also able to aid clients in connecting them with resources for mental and physical health, sober living, detox, and other residential programs.
At the H.O.P.E. Center, clients will find access to mental health support groups such as: maintaining positive change; thinking for change; dual-diagnosis; coping with trauma
and PTSD management.
The H.O.P.E. Center is a one stop center working with clients on an individual basis to obtain a wide variety of community-based assistance and resources to help them get on their feet and maintain a positive path forward.
